We first met Leyton to discuss a project as we were looking to implement new software to run our fault desk within our telecommunications company.

Leyton listened to our requests, and then clarified these to ensure everyone understood the requirement. Within the agreed timescale we had a couple of follow up meetings, and then Leyton presented RAVEN to us.
After a couple of minor tweaks, we implemented the new software and this has proved to be an integral part of our business moving forward.
All faults are detailed, prioritised and tracked from cradle to grave using our terminology - which has resulted in all staff being comfortable using it.
