We approached Leyton and Sam as our CRM system, whilst suitable for our needs in the early days, wasn’t able to effectively able to deal with our rapid expansion. A concern with moving a CRM system, was the vast amount of data we held, which changed on a minute by minute basis.
Within 2 weeks Leyton & Sam had amended their Raven system to our needs (I have been known to be referred to as very particular- or similar), transferred all our data to test raven, made a few more alterations for our unusual needs, transferred the data again, tested again and went live.
In less than 3 weeks, with the superb customer service (that really old idea that you phone someone or email them and they respond, often within minutes, and out of hours), we ceased parallel running.
We estimate that Raven is saving around 43 hours a month by automating “back office” admin functions and speeding up access to data, none of which affect the contact we have with clients, we are still old fashioned and don’t have machines dealing with clients.
